A bit disappointed by the food. The egg was undercooked as a starter. The fish was served with peas… It wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth the price.

New to the Union area. We had dinner here last night and were delighted with our experience. The service was impeccable: welcoming, attentive, and professional from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a wonderful time. The dishes were delicious, perfectly prepared, and bursting with flavor. We had a lovely evening and will definitely be back. 03/02/2026: After some confusion about the restaurant, I booked L'Absolu for my birthday, thinking it was a different restaurant I'd already visited. With my children, grandchild, husband, and me, we walked through the door with many questions on our minds. Honestly, we all unanimously had no regrets; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, everything was delicious, and the dishes were beautifully presented. We had a lovely evening. I'm so glad I discovered this cuisine and this place, which I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you to the staff for the warm welcome. A wonderful discovery!
