11/07/2026: A wonderful experience. Passing through Toulouse with our daughters, we had dinner at La Cantine du Méchant Loup. Delicious food and a wide variety of choices. Attentive service. We regret only being in Toulouse briefly, as this restaurant would have become our regular spot.

27/01/2026: We found this restaurant quickly and chose it as our first stop after visiting Calicéo with a friend – a wonderful discovery! The dishes were delicious (Basque salad, vegetable tart, and a cheese plate for dessert today), beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The welcome was warm, and the aroma was so inviting as soon as we walked in, making us hungry. The service was top-notch. You can taste the passion in every bite. I highly recommend it!

22/08/2026: A complete disaster, nothing was right!!! I hope this comment is read by a competent employee who will fix it. Order placed on August 21, 2026, around 11 PM via click and collect: I had to go back inside the restaurant because I didn't have the cookbooks for two of the kids' meals, and no potatoes for two of the maxi meals. I also asked for ketchup and mayo because they didn't have any. The person brought me the two potatoes, the two cookbooks, as well as two ketchup and two mayo... we were going to have a fight because I had four Happy Meals, two Maxi Best Of meals, one Best Of meal, and one 280... I didn't dare ask for more sauce because I could see the person serving me wasn't very receptive. Once back at my car, I had the presence of mind to check if the two Chicago burgers were indeed double patties, and surprise, they were single patties... I went back to get the double patties I had paid for. The sandwiches were taken to the kitchen and completed with a second meat, and the packaging was redone. I got home and, to my surprise, I'd made the mistake of not properly checking if the Big Tasty was indeed a two-meat sandwich... the kids were getting impatient in the car. My mistake, because it was a single-meat sandwich! I didn't pay attention when she served me the potatoes, but they were practically empty... there are hardly any left in the kids' menus. I called the restaurant before starting my meal and got the person who completed and corrected my order. She apologized for the single sandwich instead of the double, offered a gesture of goodwill, and gave me a double for next time. I said it would be good to do something with the person who prepared the order because so many mistakes are a bit much... even the potatoes served after their oversight were practically empty. The person had the nerve to tell me I shouldn't have eaten them while she was serving me, waiting for the books to arrive! What a joke! I ate the three fries that were lost among the potatoes... I'm not likely to have eaten any more because I don't like potatoes, which, by the way, weren't for me! There was a long silence, and the person hung up without a word... pathetic! My children started eating, and then the surprise... the Filet-O-Fish didn't have ketchup but mayo... great, one of my children who had ordered a Filet-O-Fish doesn't like mayo... The Chicago-style burgers barely had any sauce. Nothing was right... I don't dare call again, but this is really outrageous!

21/08/2026: I'm sorry. ⚠️But pay attention to your menus⚠️ Yesterday I went to get a Maxi Best Of meal. The fries were barely filled, but only half full. It's ridiculous. At some point, you can't treat your customers like this. I'm sure if I'd ordered a kids' meal, I would have gotten the same fries. However, I'm reading all your reviews. And your replies. I see that quantity isn't your strong point. I feel like I'm dealing with a McDonald's that's ripping people off. It's all well and good to respond to reviews and say you're taking note positively, but now you need to take action.... Right across the street there's Burger King with more quantity and quality, and closer to home, actually... Thank you to the person I spoke to on the phone who, despite everything, offered a discount for next time.

04/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome, even though the staff were still at our table (we apologize, we based our reservation on the old website's opening hours). The staff were extremely pleasant and smiling. The service was smooth, and all the dishes arrived quickly and at the same time. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; congratulations to the kitchen and dining room staff, we will definitely be back!

09/09/2025: We arrived quite late one evening, thinking it was unlikely, if not impossible, to get a table. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a very warm welcome, despite the late hour, and impeccable service! All this on the terrace. We were very happy with everything. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely return! (And a little earlier next time :) )
