Good restaurant opposite the ex reductive hair salon and the beauty salon at the edge of Sainte Geneviève des Bois and Saint Saint Michel sur Orge on the Giant Casino parking lot. I recommend this area.....

Very dirty establishment. No one cleans and empties the trash. Staff overwhelmed by the number of people. We should think about adapting staff during the summer period.

How click and collect works is not at all intuitive. The toilets were disgusting when we visited.

To all the customers who were, like us, at Mac Do Artenay yesterday, this Saturday August 17th between approximately 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.... We were stunned to witness unreal scenes last night. Your malice, your contempt towards the young employees who ran the store at arm's length is a SHAME! Even our 13 and 11 year old children were disgusted by your attitude, between them they had so much more empathy for the team than all of you combined! But thank you it shows them the kind of adult they don't want to become! You all know how to count on the fingers of one hand, right? You all saw that yesterday there were only 3 young people in the store, including one at the drive-thru (and probably not many more at the back in the kitchen) / You all also saw that it is a McDonald's on the side of the highway, a Saturday evening classified as black by Bison Futé in the middle of August... None of you, none of us, would want or could experience a day like these young people had to experience yesterday in the conditions and with the schedules that this imposes. But based on your attitude, you seem like you could do better! Also as the signs indicated everywhere in the restaurant yesterday: I invite you to apply, there are positions to be filled! We too, when we arrived at Mac Do last night, we had driven something like 10 hours across France, we too had left the sun to travel in the rain, so we were tired like you, we had also hungry as you are, we have children like you and we too waited a certain time to be served because the context required it. However, we remained kind! We had all been warned by a very young employee at the entrance to the restaurant that the service would be long and that they were sorry in advance. We all returned anyway, knowing what we were doing, ladies and gentlemen, because a little voice also told us that we were lucky to find something to still be able to eat at 10:00 p.m.... right?? To you, who were odious with, among other things, the young manager in place who explained to you that she was doing everything she could (and who, thanks to you, wasted a considerable amount of time telling you this), you all had more or less than twice his age... what a shame! Is this all the kindness you wish for your children as they enter the world of work? All this for a sandwich and lukewarm fries that took a long time to arrive... To those who will tell me that the working conditions of the young people who work in this McDonald's should not concern them: - when you pay 10 bucks for your menu... really that must put you in a position to spit your venom??? - when your malevolence has got the better of the employees of the country McDonald's (who are struggling to recruit), where will you go to cry for your Big Mac at 10:30 p.m. because you have fangs and you are on the road in the middle of nowhere? Tell me about the overflowing trash cans, you will ignore it, we agree??? To the young employees of Mac Do Artenay, bravo for staying the course despite everything, bravo for surviving a day like yesterday, thank you for allowing us to eat at 10:15 p.m. on our way.
