Maison Balme sur Biarritz

Delicious lunch eaten on the go. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

I had lunch here with my two daughters, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. You can really taste the truffle; it's not just there as a marketing ploy. Very good, fast service, and friendly staff. We even left with a piece of our cheese. I highly recommend it!

Haven’t tried the truffle specialities but the takeaway roll crevette is basically a bun with mayo and only one shrimp inside - disappointing for the price

You'll never see or eat coquillettes the same way again. Gourmet platter, pleasant service, very friendly team – definitely not to be missed at Les Halles!

I came to Maison Balme because their truffle omelette had been recommended, and I must say it fully lived up to expectations. Soft, flavorful, and generous, with a great balance of egg and truffle, and a side salad that perfectly complemented the flavor. While I was there, I also tried the homemade croquettes and the patatas bravas with Parmesan and truffle: both were fabulous, made with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. Special mention for the staff: they're incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, contributing to the pleasant, informal atmosphere. If you're passing by the Halles de Biarritz and you love truffles, this is an absolutely worthwhile stop.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we returned for lunch to try the other dishes. And once again, it was delicious. Don't hesitate to try the brioche; it's amazing! Everything was perfect, and I haven't even mentioned the service, which was truly outstanding! We will gladly return on our next visit to Biarritz.
