The goat cheese, honey, and sundried tomato sandwich was excellent! The pistachio Paris-Brest really tasted like pistachio, and the lemon tart was delicious! Pleasant service, thank you for everything!

We used Maison Carré Castelnaud for our daughter's christening cake and we are absolutely delighted with it! It was truly beautiful, just as I had imagined, and absolutely delicious.
