The seating area is a bit cramped, and although the owner is friendly and polite, the queue was quite long. The beef soup was tasty, but not as amazing as people online have claimed.

This is a Vietnamese rice noodle restaurant that I visited early for lunch almost as soon as I arrived in Paris from Strasbourg. It is more popular with Korean tourists than Phở Bánh Cuốn 14, a rice noodle restaurant that I had a satisfying meal at two years ago.
When I visited, 90% of the customers around me were Korean, and even most of the people waiting outside were Korean. I was amazed by the ratio that I had never seen in a Korean restaurant, and ordered Pho Bo and Bo Boun.
I ate both in petite sizes, but the portions were so generous that I wondered how big the grande would be. First, I ate the beef rice noodle Pho Bo, which was served separately with sukju and cilantro, and I ate them all up.
The broth was clear and elegant, with a little oil floating on it, and it contained thinly sliced scallions and round meatballs. The scallions were cooked just enough to have a reddish tint to them, so they were soft, and the meatballs were chewy.
The broth was not as heavy as Phở Bánh Cuốn 14's Pho Bo, but the meat flavor and savory taste were quite strong. It was a little sweet, but it was a sweetness that came from the meat fat that was not artificial.
Next, Bo Bun is a bibim rice noodle that tastes similar to Bun Cha. It has a nuoc mam sauce on the bottom, so you can mix it right away. It contains lettuce, nem, peanut powder, shredded carrots, and pork bulgogi.
Nem is practically the same as Cha Jo, but it is filled with noodles rather than meat, so it doesn't look like it was made directly. I enjoyed the taste of the rice paper that crumbles and falls apart, and it was not too oily and savory.
The pork bulgogi had a strong smoky flavor and aroma, so it went well with the noodles. Bo Bun was refreshing and sweet and sour, and the peanut powder added not only a smoky flavor but also a texture, making it a delicacy.
It was quickly eaten because of its strong sweetness, but since it had a high proportion of vegetables, it had a fresh taste, and it wasn't bad when I sprinkled some chili peppers and hot sauce on it. But next time I come, I think I'll just order the pho.

I guess pho is the move? Bo bun was quite mid, meat seemed like it was boiled instead of grilled… nothing special. Sat with other parties which was quite interesting and haven’t experienced that since Hong Kong. Queue was fairly long on a weekday lunch.

To be precise about this place, I can't say it's the best rice noodle in my life. The rice noodle I had in Berlin, Germany was more delicious. It's a familiar taste that you don't need to be curious about at all! If you're staying in Paris for less than 3 nights, you absolutely don't have to eat here, but if you're staying for more than 3 nights and want to eat at a place with good value for money, I recommend it. It's not bad. It's delicious, but if you eat it right away, you'll think, "Why is it like this?" Time is precious when you travel, so you can see that it's not worth spending that precious time on. However, since the staff are kind, I hope they prosper! Cash and card payments are both accepted.

Simply delicious. Menu is very simple - 2 main choices, Pho or Bo Bun, and Nem, Little size or Large size - a ver good sign of quality.
Tried Pho - soup is very delicious, with raw beef, cooked beef and beef meat ball. Feeling back in home and heaven as an Asian.
The place is very tiny - so be prepared for sharing table. But ambience is great - the Vietnamese owners are very friendly; exchanging pleasantries with customers, and the guests were polite and nice. Great experience and food.
I came at after 3pm and didn’t wait (1 minute in waiting) to get seated.

The shop is very small and there are often long queues. The spring rolls are so-so, but the pho is also remarkable. It is suitable for checking in but not worth queuing up to eat there. You can find a lot of shops of the same quality in Paris.

I visited again after just one week in Paris
The whole family agreed that it was the best Pho they had ever eaten.
Not only is the noodle very chewy and delicious, the soup is also very good.
There will be a whole plate of bean sprouts to add
The beef and beef meatballs are also delicious.
The dipping sauce is great, you can add your own chili
Very highly recommended
If you come to Paris, you must try it!
In just a week in Paris, we came back for a second visit—
Our whole family agrees this is the best pho we've ever had in our lives!
Not only are the noodles chewy and delicious, but the broth is also incredibly flavorful.
They serve a generous plate of bean sprouts on the side,
and both the sliced beef and beef meatballs are excellent.
The dipping sauce is great too!
You can adjust the spice with chili to your liking.
Highly, highly recommended!
If you're in Paris, you absolutely must give this place a try!

Place for a quick bowl of pho with affordable prices. Menu was simple with only two main dishes. The sitting was a bit squeezing as the place was small and crowded, usually have a queue of around 10-20 minutes
