Very delicious shrimp noodles and honest staff. The gentleman accidentally entered the amount incorrectly on the machine, realized his mistake, and came to refund the 8 cents I paid by error. Halal chicken, FYI.

It's always a real pleasure to eat at Chez Nouilles. The soups are delicious and the homemade pasta is excellent. A simple, authentic, and tasty place that I recommend without hesitation!

Very welcoming and quick service. But the soup was really too salty (and/or too much MSG?). I didn't feel very well all afternoon, which is a shame because the homemade noodles were very good.

17/04/2026: I've eaten at this restaurant over ten times, and each time I order different dishes, but everything is always delicious! I highly recommend the mixed vegetable spring pancakes we ordered this time—it's a very spring-like dish! Plus, their dishes are tasty and the portions are generous. If you're in the 15th ward area, you should definitely give it a try!
