"Amore, fai presto, io non resisto Se tu non arrivi, non esisto" The waiter puts his soul into animating the evening. Highly intelligent, not at all intrusive, always with a witty banter ready. The meat was delicious, it's very expensive but well worth it. There was an intimate atmosphere, a few person, we made friends at neighbouring tables speaking in several languages. I cant speak French, I was afraid of bothering the waiter asking many times but he never flinched. He put on some music at the end, talking to us he even took the time to get to know us and dedicate the right song. The core of Paris is to experience an abnormal dinner like this. Delicious food and nice place. A bit disappointed because some of the best items were not available. (Apple crispy dessert)

Excellent place with French cuisine, I recommend the foie gras

Excellent and original dishes (rack of lamb with aligot, gentian sorbet and blackcurrant coulis... Mmmm)! The only downside: the cellar hatch which blows an icy wind. It ruins the meal if you're on top, whereas a simple mat would solve the problem!

Good evening. We have just left this beautiful establishment, warm, authentic and friendly. Everything is perfect, and the host is warm (I repeat!), and describes the dishes perfectly, also in the language of Shakespeare.!

A warm and authentic restaurant, delicious cuisine with fresh produce and magnificent dishes always accompanied by excellent aligot. But above all the waiter is extremely friendly, welcoming and very funny. Anyway, I recommend this restaurant, go there with your eyes closed without hesitation! We had a great evening in the heart of Lozère and all its charms.

Viande excellente, aligot un vrai, filant, rapport qualité prix comme on ne le trouve plus. Excellente soirée entre Paris et la Lozère.
