Excellent. I bought a small Gaywan during a trip to Paris. Once I returned to Italy, I noticed it had a small defect. I emailed them, and within a day, they shipped the perfect item directly to me in Italy. What can I say? Gorgeous. Thank you.

This place is truly something. To be honest, this is not a tea shop, it's more like a library / cellar. It was way above my expectations. Emilie did a great job explaining tea varieties for us, and trying to understand what I liked. It's the first time someone asked me about tea terroirs and detailed information the way she did, and I didn't know what to answer. So we went back to basics, and she guided me through taste profiles. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Madame Yu Hui Tseng, and wow, that was an experience. Her knowledge and passion about tea made me want to study way more about the subject. Yes, most teas are expensive, but so is good wine. If you ask for affordable teas, they do have it.
