This is truly a must-try pho in Paris, bar none!! Many people recommend the "number pho," but they overlook this place. But it's the best I've ever had, so delicious I ate there two days in a row! The broth is incredibly sweet and flavorful; you can drink it all without feeling thirsty. The meat portion is generous and delicious! And the best part is, it's incredibly cheap! Although the space is cramped, it doesn't detract from the deliciousness at all 😋

It is so popular that people line up even before it opens. The shop is on the smaller side, so if you come alone, you might end up sharing a table with a stranger. Among the meat toppings, the meatballs left a strong impression. I usually don't eat meatballs in pho, but the ones here were delicious, and perhaps because the meat density was so high, their bouncy texture was very appealing. The broth is incredibly rich and tasty, but it is on the sweeter side, so this might be a matter of personal preference. I remember feeling a bit disappointed because it was too sweet at the time, but strangely enough, it was a flavor I found myself thinking about later. If I go back to Paris, I think I would visit again, but I don't think it's worth waiting over 30 minutes in the middle of summer just to eat there.

My favorite banh mi spot in the 13th arrondissement. I've been coming here for years. Crunchy baguette, good toppings. There are different varieties for sale, I usually get the "special maison" (house special) or Vietnamese pate ones. You can get them in a normal size, or opt for "super plus" if you're hungry. Reasonable prices: 3.50 € for the special maison. Friendly service. Bring cash. Credit accepted with a 10 € purchase.

Wonderful pho in the marsh, I've been going there forever, nothing has changed

There's limited seating, so you might have to wait, but the turnover is fairly quick. The restaurant is very small, so you'll mostly be sharing tables. It's probably best not to bring large bags or shopping bags. I had the pho, and the soup was piping hot and tasted great! The meat in the pho was cooked perfectly. I think it would have been even better if the garnish had been cilantro instead of mint.

SO good, the meatballs have a weird solid texture but the flavor of the broth of the pho is immaculate.
