Amazing staff If the hotel is a little aging, this is largely compensated by the kindness and kindness of all the hotel staff. Thank you to everyone (maids, catering staff, reception staff, concierge staff, etc.) for this incredible welcome which enhanced our stay

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, as part of the group, to rest during the last days of our van road trip. Although the building is indeed very aging, it is important to highlight the availability, professionalism and sympathy of the staff! We were welcomed at night in this establishment by two receptionists for two nights, a man and a woman in training. The explanations were quite clear, the check-in was efficient because although the parking lot was full, we were offered the valet service (valet parking + parking) at €20 per night, which we opted for in order to make it easier for us. (complicated) parking of our van. The team was able to be flexible on the pre-authorization on arrival due to the card ceiling being almost reached, which is a real plus. The only downside was the drink voucher which was forgotten at check-in and which I had to ask for during our dinner. The latter was also excellent, we were almost alone from 10 p.m., which is impressive, and had perfect service from Jordan! Furthermore, we had a great time and had a great time relaxing. The hotel has a spa, a Thalasso brand Thalasso, and two swimming pools, one indoor closing at 7 p.m., and one outdoor accessible 24 hours a day (a real plus!!!) but monitored until 8 p.m. We therefore only tested the outdoor salt sea water swimming pool, which was heated to around 27 degrees. The daytime valet team was also able to be flexible with the return of keys, in order to be able to collect several belongings, as well as the assistance provided for parking, with a sign allowing you to "override" the parking regulations in the street. The hotel also has a bar and a shop where you can do some shopping or leave with some souvenirs, such as jewelry, kits or tote bags. For a future stay in Biarritz, we will definitely stop once again at the Sofitel de Biarritz to test the other services! (Spa, Bar...)

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at this hotel, taking advantage of our Accor membership. We were fortunate during our stay to be upgraded to a beachfront room. However, check-in is at 4 PM, which, in my opinion, is a bit late to fully enjoy the hotel's amenities, with checkout at 12 PM. The building is really old and could use some renovation. The room was very clean, and the crib was already set up when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay here during our anniversary. Thank you for the experience!

Very good stay in this establishment. The restaurant didn't convince us but overall everything was very good

The most beautiful place we have visited. Sitting on the terrace watching the sunset, hearing the ocean all night, something wonderful. The breakfasts at the hotel were the best, everything was excellent. The hotel does not look very nice from the outside, but inside it is luxurious and offers everything one could wish for. We really enjoyed it.

As usual, the timeless, sober and elegant SOFITEL MIRAMAR Biarritz offered me a parenthesis of sweetness between luxury and voluptuousness, worthy of an exceptional stay....Magnificent sunsets. The establishment deserves its letters of nobility. The superior sea view rooms of 31 m2 are comfortable and spacious, with exceptional bedding quality and are remarkably clean. They offer a breathtaking view of the Capricious Ocean, its high and low tides, and of the emblematic Roche Percée, whose fame is well-known! Note the professionalism and dedication of all the hotel staff, keen to plan your stay with anticipation so as not to neglect any detail. The buffet breakfast by the pool is a real delight, the food tasty and refined... the Hotel is for my part one of the best located in Biarritz with an exceptional valet service in the Imperial St CHARLES district ( because in the center of Biarritz, you will have all the trouble in the world to park) Entertainment with jazz concerts is organized on Friday and Saturday at aperitif time! the SPA and thalassotherapy are also essential! CONCLUSION Flawless! A little paradise on earth.....
