Highly recommended, excellent sauerkraut with three types of fish served very quickly. Very good white wine and a delicious dessert.

Located in the heart of Strasbourg's historic center, in one of the city's oldest buildings, the restaurant's dishes are clearly made with quality ingredients and are well-prepared. Unfortunately, the service ruins the experience. The dishes are brought to the table by a first server who places them there to wait before being served by other waitresses. Our dishes arrived and remained there for 10 to 15 minutes, even being served after other dishes had been brought by the aforementioned first server. As a result, our dishes were barely lukewarm when they were presented. The waitress took them back and brought them to us a few moments later, clearly reheated in the microwave (there was a trace of sauce stuck to the edge of the plate that wasn't there when we first had them). We had visited this establishment once before, and everything was perfect, but we were disappointed by this second experience. We will try to return...

I don't understand the bad reviews I've read. It's a unique place. High-quality service. Excellent food and dedicated staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

We had a wonderful time. A Strasbourg institution not to be missed.

The sauerkraut with three kinds of fish was excellent! The sauce was just right, not too oily. The cabbage had a subtle smoky flavor. The three kinds of fish were melt-in-your-mouth tender and boneless! Why did I wait so long?! A pure delight! The decor was typical, with frescoes and magnificent windows, not to mention the very warm and welcoming Alsatian service!

We enjoyed an excellent sauerkraut with three kinds of fish, as well as a delicious vanilla and coconut verrine. We will definitely be back.
