Excellent taste experience and the welcome and staff are top notch! We were served by Houssam on 04/04/24 Thursday, on the 2nd floor, and it left us a very good impression and made us want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for the good atmosphere! Sauerkraut with three fishes a Classic.
However, the service was not very pleasant, imbued with a cold atmosphere, moreover I had the impression of having benefited from unjustified favors, leaving a suspicion of racial bias lingering, this is not the first time.
However, a young waitress rectified the situation with her service.

Beautiful establishment steeped in history from the entrance with its souvenir photos and past personalities who made this place a must-see restaurant!
Sauerkraut with three fish is undoubtedly excellent and the other dishes are just as excellent, right up to dessert.
Affordable and reasonable value for money, nice surprise 😇👍

The great reputation of this establishment encourages us to choose it for an important event to celebrate with the family. Unfortunately, the disappointment is very real. We take their famous fish sauerkraut and the disappointment is firstly the endless wait, secondly the poor presentation, the fish is overcooked or even dry on the sides at almost €30 per dish, we expect better. The rest of the evening finally invites us to an early departure after 20 minutes of waiting for a coffee. Be careful with notoriety, it is not a guarantee of quality. Kind regards

Beautiful building both inside and out.
Warm welcome at the entrance.
On the other hand, the room staff were initially cold.
The Easter menu was generally disappointing.
The foie gras with succulent citrus fruits but the main course was unsatisfactory (overcooked veal, stringy asparagus, tasteless purée, not enough juice) and the dessert was much too sweet.
No surprises (bites or otherwise).
The only positive point: the waiter thought of bringing a candle to mark the birthday.
It was a big disappointment for the price of the meal.
