Always excellent products at competitive prices. But above all, the welcome is very warm; the staff knows the products perfectly, and they even offer a service to heat up snacks. Well done and best of luck!

Excellent products! We tried their sausages and other charcuterie and thoroughly enjoyed them. The price is reasonable considering the high quality. We especially loved the tomato and basil sausage and the salami. Highly recommended.

A wonderful discovery at Maison Lassalas! We were particularly impressed by the quality and selection of their products. We thoroughly enjoyed the Auvergne cheeses, especially the Bleu d'Auvergne, Salers, and Cantal, all excellent and perfectly aged. A real treat for lovers of fine local products! Special mention also goes to the sausage and dry-cured ham, which were flavorful and of very high quality. We left with enough to continue enjoying them at home! A big thank you to the young woman who served us; she was very pleasant, smiling, and professional. A truly warm welcome that was much appreciated. A minor drawback was the owner, whose welcome seemed rather cold. We felt that she didn't really engage with the customers, making eye contact, which gave a somewhat distant impression. Despite this, the quality of the products and the young woman's kindness make us want to recommend this place. A great place to discover and buy delicious products from Auvergne!
