Good but nothing more. The pastries are beautiful. They're pretty good but not amazing. There are much better ones in Nice at an almost identical price.

Beautiful shop, it makes you want to go by it every time! I bought a galette des rois this first Sunday in January and it was excellent 😁 I will come back to try your éclairs!

A chocolate factory which is part of the Nice institutions. Chocolate lovers will find what they are looking for at a fair price (you have to pay for quality). For several years, the store has also offered a pastry service, but I am not a customer on this side of the store even if it looks appetizing.

I had the happy pleasure of tasting 2 cakes (the 3 mousses and the exotic) from Maison Cauvin for my birthday and it must be said that we tasted excellence, a real treat for the taste buds. A repeat without hesitation!

Les chocolats sont toujours aussi bons avec la qualité, mais la personne qui sert n’est pas particulièrement aimable. C’est dommage j’ai connu la chocolaterie il y a plusieurs années et c’était beaucoup plus agréable.

12/05/2024: Fantastic friendly and accommodating service, we got a rump steak with dessert which was an apple pie. Tasted exactly as it should. I give them the best recommendation.
11/05/2024: Warm welcome from the waiters, very pleasant rather jazzy musical atmosphere and well located establishment. On the other hand, very reserved opinion on the Management.
