West of Laval, a few kilometers from the highway, a haven of peace and a beautiful, locally renowned restaurant. We were there for a birthday with friends, so I don't know the menu, but what was offered to us is worth the detour and a look because it's good and beautiful. Fish starter with vegetables on 2 threads of citrus vinaigrette and I don't know what to fall for... An extra tender 7-hour veal on a vegetable compote and to finish a Pavlova for dessert and extra fresh fruit. I think I'll come back to try other dishes on the way to the holidays. The restaurant overlooks a beautiful garden with children's games. It's a chic, high-end restaurant with refined French cuisine. The impeccable service is also thankful.
