Very nice butcher shop with friendly, smiling sellers ready to give explanations. Very good meats. Too bad the beef isn't just French and comes from other European countries.

A passing salesman on Chemin de la Fosseille, a customer recommended PARÉ to me. Attentive service, shaded terrace, and MEAT! A massacre ! Cooking perfectly respected in addition to impeccable quality. If you like meat, don't hesitate to try real meat. Vegan go your way...
