Disappointed, carbonara pasta with a crème fraîche base, no and no it's not the Italian recipe,... too bad. A little expensive for my taste the menu at 17€ pasta, mini salad, drink, dessert Otherwise nice service :)

An amazing dough bar. Simple, quick, effective and inexpensive. Possibility of enjoying pasta with or without meat and salads. Attractive formulas. The plates are filled and I had more than enough.

Very good little restaurant. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We had lunch under the trees, it was very pleasant. Plus the pasta is excellent. I recommend.

29/06/2025: Scam, received a good gift for a pleasure menu, I was served a trust menu, 30 euros cheaper. Service could be improved, very slow, wine ordered, not served, it had to be requested, I'm still waiting for the ice cubes. Too bad, the cuisine is fine.
27/06/2025: What a wonderful discovery! Warm welcome and attentive waitresses. From appetizers to desserts, this delicious place deserves to be shared (shh!) It's well worth a star with exceptional value for money. If you're passing through Castres, don't hesitate to stop by for lunch or dinner. Thank you, Cédric!! January 3rd!!

23/01/2025: A big congratulations to the new cook, the dishes were delicious! Great welcome, and special mention to the super friendly bartender who prepared me a unique Disney-inspired cocktail (mango, pineapple and vanilla). A great experience! 😉
11/12/2024: Good value for money, warm welcome, quality products. Small downside, on this winter day, the temperature in the back room was a bit tight for eating in comfortable conditions.
