Maison Pozzoli sur Lyon

05/11/2024: I love Italian cuisine, especially with this chef who has a love of a job well done, which is rare to this day, I enjoy coming for this kindness and simplicity, always very concerned about the pleasure of these customers. The room service is rather sloppy by the waiter who spends more time on his phone, than taking care of the customers, too bad, don't forget Lyon is a city with good restaurant addresses which I like here the simplicity of the place and especially the cuisine of chef Paolo, don't change anything, just find a server who transmits the passion for a service and who loves the job. Don't always forget to put yourself in the customer's place, visit on 10/31/24 noon

12/10/2024: At Mamma, it’s no surprise, too bad! The welcoming and disappointing service does not make us forget the rather dusty setting of the room.
