Maison Pozzoli sur Lyon

Good traditional baguette. For me the best in the neighborhood. On the other hand, the pastries (croissant and pain au chocolat) are not great.

Excellent bakery! Everything is delicious there, the bread, the pastries, the sandwiches! Great welcome, very friendly seller and saleswomen.

What Pozzoli represents for me: a name, know-how, quality and creativity. And I tasted a limited edition pastry, the Irish Nun, a religious Irish coffee style, an original and very addictive dessert! Criticism is easy, art is difficult. I thank all the staff who work every day to perpetuate a craft that is becoming more and more rare these days.
