Maison Pradier Saint Michel sur Paris

This is the best boulangerie on the road, and in the area. Not much else to say. So good, and so cheap.

The cake wasn't too sweet, and the bread was crispy. The concierge's recommendation was definitely delicious!! The packaging was cute too 🩷

SO GOOD! I went almost every day while I was in Paris. The croissants were AMAZING, the best croissants I've had by far, even brought some home to family. I had an eclair, and it was the best thing I had on my entire trip. The black forest cake was also soooo good. I would have rated it five stars, but on the last day I was in Paris, I got an eclair that was stale, and I got it right after they opened. My first eclair was in the section with all the pastries, and the last one was from the section with the breads and croissants, so maybe that's why. Other than that, I'd 1000/10 recommend.

The individual pastries are very good. The lemon tart is simply perfect.

Good bakery, although you can find more affordable options. During my lunch break, I've already tried a salmon sandwich, some pastries, and an Emmental bread. Everything was delicious. P.S.: The PSG-themed éclairs are a nice touch!

Small but delicious Paris Brest. The praline was the highlight due to being generous, soft and rich. The choux and cream were pleasant, too. Good value place

The bakery is tucked away on one of the narrow streets of Saint Germain, and it is a little easy to miss. However, there are often people sitting outside enjoying pastries, so during one of my morning walks I decided to stop in and try it. They do have a very large selection of sweets, which are definitely very pretty, including macarons and other traditional French pastries. At that time of day in the morning, most people were stopping in for breakfast pastries like croissants and butter croissants. The croissant was definitely buttery, but not the high end flaky style that you may find at some other bakeries around town. Still, it was a good breakfast overall. However, I would recommend skipping the coffee, as it was definitely not worth getting. I tried it, and they are probably not known for their coffee. With so many other options in the neighborhood, I would stick to their well-prepared buttery pastries.
