QUEL grand restautant non étoilé mais qui le mérite tout est parfait c'est du 20 sur 20. Merci à toute l'équipe et je suis désolé de n'avoir pas écrit ce que tu as écrit mais une semaine de jeux Olympiques .... Comme je vous l'ai dit de vous vous obtiendrez votre première étoile dès cette année.et surtout bravo à tous... jE REVIENS sur Paris le 19 septembre je vais réserver dans votre mAISON et si la Si la synchonicité me permet de rencontrer Monsieur Alléno... Amazing experience at Prunier Victor Hugo ! First, the location is outstanding : the building is listed. The atmosphere project you years ago into a preserve beautiful design , with a super cozy setting and Parisian chic. Then, the food is Wow. Yannick Alleno signed the menu, and the chef Hendry Mezah is executing it to perfection..His passsion for product, his aesthetic taste makes the experience unique. Last the service is perfect as you can expect in such a high end restaurant. A must visit place for foodies while in Paris. Check the pics.

Memorable lunch at Prunier. We were there as a family with our 3 children. A magnificent art deco setting, and a sommelier who tells us the whole history of the restaurant, the atmosphere is already unique. And a delicious centenary menu: perfect, classic dishes (as opposed to dishes which are sometimes too original and which lose us) executed to perfection and exquisitely, the generous caviar sauce with the sole, the red mullet/cockle dish which I will remember for a long time, the incredible soufflé. A caring staff. Yes, a unique lunch, truly memorable.

Prunier is an excellent caviar experience. The quality of the caviar is superb, and the service is convivial and polished. The only absurd thing was a waiter from China who was possibly a stagère asking "have you had caviar before"! What an insane remark...
