I just had a pure butter croissant (€1.55), a rich flavor that speaks to the very high quality of the flour, which is indeed milled on site, and a deliciously soft, buttery lamination. Well done! How can I even begin to describe how I'm going to bed thinking about this croissant! 🥹🤤😍 It's exceptional in every way. And the price is FAIR! A real croissant, just the way we like them. The texture, a touch of salt, a rich buttery flavor, a crispy, flaky pastry—I'd even say with a light crust underneath… absolutely flawless. To be able to craft a product like this, with this level of quality, even after ten years, is truly impressive. There are people who love their work in this bakery. Well done to the team!

The price of Saint Honoré cake has doubled from 5 euros per kilo in just a few years :( Even though it's delicious, the prices are too high. There are other organic bakeries in Marseille with sourdough bread and much more affordable prices.

Good artisanal bakery. Very dense dough, a little lacking in aeration (croissants, traditional).

Excellent neighborhood bakery. I was able to try the St. Honoré bread, the pain au chocolat, and the enormous pain aux raisins! Everything was delicious.
