The owner, who is in the kitchen, prepares her dishes with great care; everything is flavorful (from the rice to the sushi, maki, sashimi, skewers, and spring rolls), and you'll want more. The staff is very attentive, professional, and friendly. A special thank you to our server, who was fantastic. A special shout-out to the very friendly owner for the pleasant conversation we had. During a weekend getaway in the area, we stopped by Maison Tatami for New Year's Eve. What a fantastic find! The staff were incredibly welcoming and the food was of excellent quality. The raw salmon melted in your mouth... We enjoyed it so much that we ordered takeout the next day! Once again, the service and the staff's friendliness were impeccable.
