Excellent bakery! The staff is incredibly friendly, always smiling, and it's so nice to see such welcoming people first thing in the morning. The products are delicious and make you want to buy everything… well, except maybe the croissants the day I went 😅 They were a bit flat, as if they hadn't had their coffee yet. But honestly, with such a friendly welcome and the rest of the display looking fantastic, it's still a great place!

I'm so glad we have a Pétrin bakery in Sainte-Maxime, not far from our home. Before, we were customers in Cogolin. The tarts, birthday cakes, etc... nothing to complain about. Everything is very good and delicious. The welcome is incredibly warm and friendly. But every time we buy baguettes, they're "stringy," which is a real shame because we'll stop buying "stringy" baguettes from you. You really need to change the shape of the baguettes you sell because they're not very standard compared to other bakeries. It's a real shame! It's a pity because with your friendly welcome, you deserve 5 stars, but as a bakery, you need to improve. Thank you for taking my comment seriously so we can come more often.

This boulangerie near Les Issambres feels like a classic French stop you can easily grab along the way. The selection is familiar: crispy baguettes, sweet viennoiserie, and everything neatly displayed. Yes, it's a bit pricey, let's not beat around the bush, but convenience clearly wins out here. Easily accessible, quickly served, and ideal if you don't want to take any detours or hassle. Sometimes you're not just paying for the bread, but mainly for location, speed, and convenience. And let's be honest: on vacation, that's often exactly what you're looking for.

The baguette was very good, as were the mille-feuille, Paris Brest, and lemon tart. The seating area wasn't very inviting, but we ordered everything to go anyway, so it wasn't a problem.
