The traditional baguette isn't too bad, but it depends on the day. The pastries are very average.
As for the service, it's also very average, even unpleasant depending on the salesperson.

This bakery is fantastic, however, one thing bothers me: seeing the employees suffering in this heat and not being treated with the respect they deserve. Since the heatwave, they haven't had air conditioning, and it's unacceptable to let these employees work in this heat, especially in a bakery. It's inhumane. I hope my message will be taken into account by the manager! Sincerely,

Overrated place.
Based on the reviews, we left disappointed. A rather unpleasant older woman served us, and we had to repeat what we wanted at least five times. We had some snacks for lunch, and frankly, they were nothing special.

My go-to bakery when I'm in Sainte-Maxime.
A baguette that's not too well-done for me—perfect for my teeth 🤣.
A cornbread like I've rarely tasted.
The price is a bit steep, but it's worth it. A warm welcome, friendly service, and easy access on foot, by bike, or by car.
