Maizon sur Nice

An address to discover in Nice whether local or passing through! A weekly menu with a selection of a few seasonal dishes, simple and very tasty. I tried an excellent mixed Mediterranean salad, decorated with an original vinaigrette and a zucchini Bolognese dish. I succumbed twice to the delicious gourmet coffee! The restaurant is also a charming place where you feel at home with a reading corner, mismatched old furniture... It is also a place of culture, which serves as a gallery for local artists. We can currently discover an exhibition of offbeat works on the theme of Barbie.

We have been in the south of France for a week, and so far, this is my favorite lunch spot. It's like an oasis of calm and comfort. The owner has an eye for decoration, is hospitable, and is a good cook, as well. There will be a limited number of choices each day, but don't worry about that - if you were eating at your friend's house, you wouldn't have this many choices, but you'd still be happy. A very nice discovery, this very atypical restaurant and a fabulous welcome. You feel good there and the food is very good. Let's support small businesses even during periods of road work. This does not detract from the charm of this restaurant. Thank you for this good time

There are not enough superlatives in the dictionary to describe the excellence of this intimate restaurant, its exquisite cuisine and the kindness of Bruno, the owner. Go for lunch at ''La Maizon'' and your taste buds will be amazed, all serenaded and served in a highly appreciable artistic and cultural setting.
