These people were so friendly and the food was soooo delicious! Ethiopian cuisine has such a nice variety of flavors, and the injeera (spongey bread) was very good. No pictures of the food, because we ate it so quickly 😋😁
We got the vegan/vegetarian platter to split with two people (it is meant for 1), and then decided to order some extra of the red lentils as well. Both were amazing.

Welcome, service, dishes, faultless. It was a pleasure to have lunch and discover some of the Ethiopian cuisine with sweet and fragrant spices. From the chef who comes by during the meal, to the waiters, the whole team takes great care to ensure that we have a good time.

I would like to temper the rave reviews a little: it is good and the staff is pleasant but on the other hand it is very expensive compared to the very small size of the dishes: the Addis Adeba discovery menu is 24th and we are still hungry afterwards

We had dinner at this restaurant and loved it! Both the flavors, spicy but perfectly affordable, as well as the South African red wine, not to mention the coffee, excellent! Very compatible with vegetarian and vegan diets. Very attentive and fast service!

We came as a family to offer our Ethiopian mother a restaurant as a birthday present which we hoped would take her to her country. What a great idea! The food is delicious and the service is so warm and respectful. I highly recommend this restaurant and we can't wait to return.

There is a reason Makeda is rated as the 4th best restaurant in Tours - the food is excellent. We had the set meal (with added spice) and it was fabulous. Service was very attentive and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Definitely worth a visit
