An unusual and exquisite experience. Ethiopian cuisine explained by the owner, a very kind man. We learn how the dishes are prepared, how to eat them, without a fork but with the help of a pancake with which we grab each mouthful. We finish with a delicious coffee roasted on site. Then the conversation continues when it's time to pay: Ethiopia, a Christian country since Antiquity, the city of Lalibela endowed by the king with 12 churches so that pilgrims going to Jerusalem find a safe place, especially in case of illness (not to die without the help of religion). Otherwise, the setting of this very small, welcoming restaurant is exotic. Even on a rainy day, as was the case for us, we have lunch in the sun🤗 Go for it without hesitation.

Very good restaurant. The dishes are tasty, the spices blend perfectly to delight the palate. The South African red wine goes perfectly with the dishes. The server takes the time to explain well. The cook comes to check that we are enjoying ourselves. I warmly recommend.

Très belle découverte! idéal pour découvrir de nouvelles saveurs,plats savoureux,colorés et suffisamment épicés. La décoration est simple mais suffisante pour nous transporter en Ethiopie 😊 Le service parfait avec les explications pour chaque plat. Rien a dire je recommande fortement ! Je reviendrai 👌
