My first experience was a great success! I was served by Martin, and I've never seen anyone so skilled in their field. He knows perfectly how to approach clients and put them at ease. He's a true force of nature: charismatic, confident, and incredibly efficient. I highly recommend him!

Good selection of quality cakes and very good coffee! The staff is polite and helpful 👌🏻 The only downside: a bit of a wait if you want to sit inside, but there's also the terrace.

Disappointed. I've had much better coffee, but that's just my personal opinion. The biggest problem is the service: the person behind the bar (a man) seems to have forgotten the most basic rules of politeness... Having a coffee is one thing, feeling welcome is another. As it stands, the experience doesn't make me want to come back 😐

Took the açai bowl (8) and chai latte(6). For roughly 14eur it’s not worth it. The breakfast bowl was too small, like kids portion and chai latte wasn’t made properly or I didn’t know how to make it after removing some kind of filter. Overall felt a bit expensive for breakfast.

This is where the pros are. If you walk in asking for "a limp, sock-like brew," the barista might faint behind their gleaming percolator. It's the perfect place for those who believe coffee is a high art, located right on the avenue where everyone rushes—except here. The Pros: The Expertise (The "Bean Sommelier" aspect): You have a choice of 12 different origins, extraction methods that even NASA envies, and advice so sharp you'll leave with a PhD in coffeeology. Special mention for the "Latte Art": the design is so beautiful you almost hesitate to drink it for fear of ruining the foamy center. The Equipment: This is the showroom of the future. Between the piston machines, the ultra-quiet grinders, and the shelves filled with iconic tins, you'd think you were in Q's lab in James Bond, but with the divine aroma of roasting coffee. Relative Calm: In the midst of the shopping chaos at Jean Médecin, this is a bubble of serenity. It's the perfect place to watch stressed-out passersby through the window while savoring a perfectly temperatureed Ethiopian coffee. The Downsides: The "Space Vocabulary": If you just want a "coffee," prepare for a barrage of questions: "Piston? Chemex? High-altitude Arabica? Citrus or chocolate notes?" Sometimes, you just want to reply, "I just want to wake up, please." The Victim of Its Own Success: It's often packed. Finding a seat on a Saturday afternoon requires military strategy. Sometimes you end up drinking your espresso standing up, staring intently at the customer who finished their coffee 20 minutes ago but is still reading their newspaper. The Price of the Trip: Let's be honest, this is luxury coffee. A small black coffee costs a bit more than the one at the local betting shop, but at least here, it's not also used to clean the drains. Verdict: A sure bet for purists and those who want to rediscover the true taste of coffee. It's elegant, it's local (Nice represents!), and above all, it's very, very good. A tip: try their pastries to go with your coffee; it's the winning combination for a successful nap 15 minutes later.

Very tasty and beautiful Viennese coffee, no other place in France has ever made such a large one.

A very nice place that I used to go to regularly, unfortunately I find it a shame to have to wait 10 minutes after ordering to get a simple espresso when there are only three employees behind the counter. The service is far too slow (especially when you're working) for such a place...
