My experience at Manoir de la Pommerie was a true delight for the senses. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with a discreet elegance which testifies to the refinement of this exceptional place. The atmosphere, both warm and sophisticated, invites relaxation and wonder. The setting is breathtaking, perfectly combining the authenticity of a historic manor with subtle and harmonious modernity. Every detail is thought out with meticulous care, from the choice of materials to the arrangement of the tables, creating an atmosphere that exudes charm and serenity. As for the cuisine, it is simply sublime. Each dish is a work of art, both in its presentation and in the flavors it reveals. The ingredients, of impeccable freshness, are magnified by bold and perfectly controlled combinations. Each bite is a discovery, an invitation to explore delicate aromas and surprising textures. The chef demonstrates boundless creativity, while respecting French culinary traditions with great finesse. The service, for its part, is impeccable. C'est au pied levé après une très sympathique conversation téléphonique le jeudi avec Julien que l'équipe du Manoir de la Pommeraie nous a accuelli pour un déjeuner ce dimanche. Julien nous a coqueté un excellent menu avec accord des vins pour notre groupe de 12 personnes.

Celebrating a friend’s ‘special’ birthday. Group of four. We are all in inveterate “foodies”. This meal was exquisite. The gardens - flowers, shrubs, lawns and trees provided a glorious backdrop. Thoroughly to be recommended.

A magnificent park with trees and flowers, a pretty building with contemporary and careful decoration, a very friendly and passionate chef, attentive service at the right pace, exceptional and consistent taste flavors with respect for seasonality, a beautiful enhancement of the local producers meticulously combined with a few notes of Japanese influences, a wonderful visual treat revealing the finesse of a delicate, thoughtful and profound work... without omitting the artistic talent of Masako perceived in a culinary prowess on the dessert thus bringing a touch finale to the very appreciable meal.
