Fantastic culinary experience! From the "mise-en-bouche" to the end, more than worth its Michelin star. It's better than the Dorchester for sure (Michelin 3* in London)!

A dazzling meal with perfect wine pairings. We particularly enjoyed the celeriac tart and the freshwater fish, including catfish and bream.

We received a very warm welcome and the setting is superb. We had a wonderful time and loved sharing it as a family (a children's menu is available). The service was perfect, discreet, and uncomplicated, which made us feel completely at ease. We were lucky enough to visit the kitchen and watch the team and their chef at work. We were absolutely delighted with the entire menu, from the choice of flavor combinations to the various techniques employed, from start to finish.
