We had lunch in this charming hotel this summer, discovering it by chance on our way, and what was our surprise: A delicious menu prepared with care, unpretentious but yet creative and masterfully executed! The quality of the (local) products was indisputable, the seasoning and cooking perfect... I still remember the Aubrac beef sausage, fair, moist and tasty, accompanied by the best aligot I have had the opportunity to eat in the region. And that's without mentioning the price of the menu which is extraordinarily affordable (not even 30 euros for lunch for a starter-main course-dessert), nor the warm and hydillic, calm setting, on the banks of the Tarn, in the heart of this magnificent and historic stone manor... Go ahead without asking any questions

The quality of the lunch menu at €24 is exceptional for the price. What a pleasure for us to discover a restaurant that strives to magnify simple recipes! Congratulations to the chef behind these dishes. The homemade Aligot with its matured beef sausage is the best we have tasted in 3 weeks in the central massif. The chicken fillet with morels was also delicious, perfectly cooked, quality mushrooms. As a starter, we were delighted with the ravioli and trout tartare. Our only regret is not having taken the time to taste your desserts. Our best surprise of the holidays, certainly. Signed: cooks on motorcycle vacation who know how to appreciate the work behind your dishes.

MY OPINION ONLY CONCERNS THE RESTAURANT. The food is excellent, the chicken with morel sauce delicious, the same goes for the aligot. Generous crème brûlée. Waiting time a little long but given that the products are quality and well cooked, it makes up for it. Very beautiful setting. Nice staff. I recommend.

We ate lunch after a hike. We enjoyed the place, the menu is quite varied: fish, meat... The stone manor has been very well restored and is open even in low season.

In addition to being in an exceptional location, we were welcomed by an entirely exceptional staff. Thank you for the meal, thank you for the hike and thank you for the memory. We will come back. See you soon. Florine and Mickaël

Très belle découverte au hasard de la route des gorges du Tarn. Un site magnifique de très belles pierres une terrasse incroyable . Un menu à 43 euros dans un décor de rêve ! Être ici au milieu de nulle part ! Le responsable très accueillant très bon choix de vins. Belle rencontre nous reviendrons !

Nous nous somems régalés au restaurant du manoir, où nous avons pu décrocher une table à la dernière minute. La cusine est de niveau quasi-gastronomique à base de produits ultra-frais de la région, le cadre du restaurant au sein d'une bâtisse ancienne est magnifique et le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel.
