The pad thai was the best ever (thou I haven’t been to Thailand yet) all over europe. Only spoilt by the young waiter not wanting to change my filthy spoon. He asked ‘had I dropped it?’
‘No,’ said I, it has yesterday’s meal on it,
‘No’ said he, ‘it because it is old.’
(All the other spoons were sparkling and not covered in either verdigris or yesterday’s pea soup

I went without knowing it was close to closing time, but they still made sure to serve us, but we couldn't order anything other than the main course because the kitchen was about to close. I was a little discouraged, but I ordered the curry and it was delicious with a light hint of spice. It comes with the bone and I had never eaten curry like that. Other than not being able to order starters or desserts, everything was great. I have to go back when I pass through Tours!

Mao is a good restaurant and the decor is beautiful. The waiters are very friendly and helpful.
It's been a long time since I've been back to eat. It was a pleasure to be able to come back.

It's good, it's a monkey business, everything is perfect, the best piece of octopus I've ever eaten and the vegetables are each perfectly seasoned and the delicious Thai sauce accompanies them as well as the small fruits on the plate.

I really like this restaurant. I've been there several times already and I'm not disappointed. The service is fast and the food is good quality. The lunch platters are very tasty (see photos) and all for 15 euros. I highly recommend it.

A top restaurant, the bar chef is great, kind, he offers suggestions if you don't know what to drink or eat, he offers cocktails that he creates himself, the restaurant service is top notch, waiters and waitresses are super adorable
