We had a meal with friends and ordered the set menu: it included a starter, main course, and dessert. The food was fresh and served quickly. It's quiet and the upstairs area is nicely decorated (with plants). A very pleasant place to chat and have a good time.

This is our second time dining at Mao, a year apart. And, just like the first time, our taste buds were delighted! What a treat! A wonderful blend of flavors, the dishes are exquisitely refined and generously portioned. For example, the tuna Rossini, the octopus, and the sea bass we enjoyed last night were superb, and the accompanying vegetables were simply divine. The service is just perfect, very attentive, with a special mention for Daya.

Disappointed. Two children's menus, very dry breading with ketchup... very tender Thai beef, but served with grilled peppers. I've had better side dishes. Excellent service, but just okay.

What an incredible surprise! An amazing, exotic, and very welcoming setting. A visual and culinary journey through Asia. Expertly prepared flavors, quality ingredients, and generous portions. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The food was really delicious 😋😋 and the atmosphere was incredible because you feel like you are in a jungle as your surrounded by plants and the wall were made out of real leaves! The servers there were really nice 👍. The service was fine but the food took at least 30 mins to come so it was a bit long. Otherwise, it was great and we do hope to come back if we are lucky enough to get that chance!

From the street, this restaurant doesn't look like much, but inside the decor is really lovely; you'd think you were in Thailand.
The daily special is really nice for just under 18 euros.
The flavors are great.
The service is very good and friendly.
A very nice find not far from the center of Tours.
