Marseillais sur Pont-Saint-Esprit

Passing through this brasserie on Medieval Sunday, 1 table for 5, I recommend this establishment without any hesitation. 7 menus offered on the menu, we took 5 different ones and all equally delicious, good homemade food, we will return.

We were in Pont for a funeral, and at lunchtime we had nothing planned, but a lovely surprise awaited us. The café/brasserie offered impeccable value for money. The service was excellent.

Nice food and atmosphere, but unbalanced value for money.

We stopped here one afternoon with our bikes last summer before continuing on to the Ardèche Valley. Everything was absolutely perfect. We especially remember the incredibly friendly young man who served us. He was one of the nicest people we met on our holiday! (And actually, everyone everywhere was lovely.)

It's a shame to put up a menu outside the restaurant and then, once you're seated, be told that half the dishes aren't available except for the daily specials. I ordered a well-cooked burger, which wasn't, but oh well, these things happen. The servers were very friendly.
