For a birthday celebration with over 30 guests, we enjoyed a truly personalized service. All the staff, both in the dining room and the kitchen, were incredibly attentive. They allowed us to fully enjoy the event. We would particularly like to highlight the professionalism and kindness of the owners; they were attentive to our needs throughout the entire event. We were very satisfied with the quality of the meal prepared for us. We highly recommend this establishment and will definitely return.
A must-stay in Balaruc-les-Bains. The owners offer a warm welcome, spacious rooms, and refined local cuisine served in generous portions, not to mention the traditional sauerkraut on Thursdays.

Hello, just a meal for two, but what a treat! The sea bass flambéed was delicious...with delectable prawns...the monkfish cooked to perfection... In short, bravo and a big thank you, because finding a restaurant with home-style cooking is becoming increasingly rare.
