A must-stay in Balaruc-les-Bains. The owners offer a warm welcome, spacious rooms, and refined local cuisine served in generous portions, not to mention the traditional sauerkraut on Thursdays. We greatly appreciate the hotel's welcoming atmosphere during our stays in Balaruc. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hotel Martinez.

With tempting options on the outdoor menu, we decided to eat there tonight! We weren't disappointed at all: a simple setting, a warm and genuine welcome, and an excellent menu! I highly recommend this place.

24/01/2026: I hadn't been back to this hotel for a few years, so I was pleasantly surprised to find the rooms renovated, stylish, and modern—simply magnificent! The restaurant is only open in the evenings and features fresh, local produce. The staff are as friendly and helpful as ever. A nice bonus is the indoor heated pool and the hammam, which is open until 10 pm. I highly recommend it.
22/01/2026: The staff were excellent, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.
