A magnificent restaurant in an ideal location, with breathtaking sea views. Refined cuisine, impeccable service, and prices on the higher end of average. A very pleasant setting, perfect for a little treat.

Gourmet dinner for two. Warm welcome. Pleasant setting with views of the sea and St. Aygulf beach. Good value for money. Delicious, refined cuisine. We'll definitely come back on our next trip. A little noisy on the veranda.

An incredible discovery! A menu worthy of the finest beaches in the Gulf, at a significantly lower price, in a magnificent setting with a highly professional head waiter. A delicious meal from appetizer to dessert, with generous portions. A true delight in a very pleasant atmosphere. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at Martinus. The food was flawless: the dishes on the set menus were excellent, flavorful, and of very high quality. We did have a slight hiccup with the red wine, which was initially served much too warm. However, I must commend the responsiveness and professionalism of the servers, who immediately addressed the issue and resolved it with a smile. The service was admittedly a little slow overall, but the restaurant was full, which fully explains and excuses the wait. In short: excellent food and a team that knows how to take care of its customers, even during peak hours. A great place to eat in Saint-Aygulf!

I had reserved a table with a sea view, and this was indeed honored, which was appreciated. However, we expected an experience befitting the standard of a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, this wasn't really the case. From the moment we ordered our aperitif, we simply asked if the restaurant offered a house aperitif, and the waitress's reaction, a slight chuckle, rather surprised us. The Aperol Spritz was also very poorly mixed, with the impression that there was hardly any Prosecco in it. The service was generally disappointing: the amuse-bouche was placed on the table without any presentation, the wine for the starter arrived when we had almost finished it and was simply placed on the table, and then the main courses were served with a simple "here you go," without any announcement or presentation. The wine we ordered with the main course, however, arrived at the right time, and the quantity was generous. We know the waitress was alone covering our entire section of the restaurant and can understand that this might have caused a slight wait. However, this doesn't really explain the attitude we experienced. The overall experience felt more like bistro service than what we would expect in a restaurant of this caliber. On the plus side, the portions were generous. It's a shame, because given the setting, the establishment's reputation, and especially the price, we really expected better.

The meals were good but far too generous, impossible to finish... the lost and found management at the hotel reception leaves much to be desired (they had trouble finding a forgotten cap even though they had taken a photo of it...).
