Mas de Baumes Restaurant sur Ferrieres-Les-Verreries

Beautiful location but disappointing stay. The room had no air conditioning, making it impossible to sleep in 33°C heat. We requested an accessible room when booking, but it wasn't provided. The meal was mediocre. The service was poorly organized, with very long waits between courses. The starter was served before the aperitif. We were asked for salt and water right after the starter, which were only served just before dessert! A quick sweep in front of the reception area and removing the dried-out plants from the planters would make the experience more welcoming.

We celebrated our wedding at Mas de Baumes and we couldn't have dreamed of a better place for such an important day. The entire team was professional, available, and attentive to our wishes from beginning to end. The setting is simply idyllic and greatly contributed to making our day magical. The food was excellent, and all our guests gave us very positive feedback, both on the venue and the meal and the organization. The only slight drawback was the portion sizes of some dishes, which a few guests would have appreciated being a little more generous. However, this didn't detract from the overall quality of the meal. A huge thank you to the entire team at Mas de Baumes for helping to make our wedding an unforgettable moment. We recommend this venue without hesitation!

A truly beautiful address in the heart of the Pic Saint-Loup 🌿 Mas de Baumes is an authentic, welcoming place, ideally located for exploring the Pic Saint-Loup region and its magnificent landscapes. It's the perfect spot for a romantic getaway, a weekend with friends, or even for hosting professional or private events. The spaces are perfectly suited for corporate seminars, weddings, and receptions, with a variety of accommodation options including cottages, a hotel, and even furnished tipis that add a delightful touch of originality. The establishment also boasts a major asset: its restaurant, L’Atelier des Terroirs, which is worth the trip alone. Excellent cuisine in an exceptional setting. But what truly stands out is the welcome. You immediately sense their passion, sincerity, and desire to please. The owners are incredibly kind and enthusiastically share their knowledge of the place and the region. A charming, authentic, and deeply human place that I highly recommend to both visitors and Montpellier residents looking for a lovely getaway just a few kilometers from home. 🌞🍷🏡

We booked in April 2025 for a wedding of 90 people on June 6, 2026. Paola, Geoffroy, and the entire team at Mas de Baumes went above and beyond to support us throughout the planning process and during the event itself. No stress, just pure enjoyment, a magnificent venue, a cocktail reception, a meal, and a brunch that everyone loved. Thank you again for making this moment so magical for us and our guests.

We went there for the Pic Saint Loup Medieval Festival. A wonderful, unspoiled, and exceptional place. As for the hotel, I worked there for two consecutive summers, 20 years ago now. The rooms are magnificent, the setting is superb. The restaurant is of very high quality.

Discovered a very pretty place in a calm and pleasant setting. The grilled food was delicious and accompanied by a quality wine. The gîte we stayed in was very comfortable. Can't wait to go back!
