Excellent Italian restaurant, fresh ingredients and a varied menu. The dining room is spacious and there's even a terrace with a lovely green setting. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great! I'll definitely be back.

La Fabbrica has been a reliable choice in every respect for several years now. The pizzas are very good (especially the dough, the tomato sauce, and the quality of the ingredients), with a particular fondness for the Margherita, the Italiana, and the Norma, as well as the lasagna. There's relatively little staff turnover, and it's always a pleasure to see the same people again.

26/06/2026: What a delight to have discovered this restaurant during my visit to Rue des Bourdonnais! Everything was perfect for a truly enjoyable experience. The portions are generous and served piping hot, which is a real plus. I especially loved the presentation of the pizza with its perfectly arranged slices of ham. A place to remember for a simple and satisfying meal right in the heart of Paris.
