Matchan sur Paris

It's too expensive, really expensive for the 15th arrondissement of Paris. A single set meal costs €59, and the meat quality is nowhere near as good as Japanese or even Korean yakiniku—a world of difference. I suggest that anyone who has been to Japan (or even just tried all-you-can-eat yakiniku in Taiwan) shouldn't have the same expectations. Treat it as a new experience in France, so you won't be disappointed. A basic bottle of red wine costs over €30, which is really expensive. In short, the price isn't the main issue; it's about being worth the cost. Unfortunately, this restaurant didn't give me that feeling. I'm giving it three stars because of the staff's service and the shredded cabbage appetizer.

The best yakiniku! I'm a Japanese person living abroad, and I've been to many restaurants looking for Japanese yakiniku, but I've never had such a perfect experience as this one. It was so delicious, I was so happy I almost cried. The staff and chef were friendly and had such a great atmosphere, it was the best dinner ever. I was lucky to be able to sit here for just an hour on the last day of my New Year's holiday trip to Paris. Thank you so much to everyone at the restaurant.

The food was ok, but we felt rushed several times, even though there were only two tables dining.

A small barbecue restaurant serving Japanese recipes. Quality meat and attentive waitresses. I thoroughly enjoyed the beef in teriyaki sauce with a touch of chili and discovered the little Japanese sausages! A warm and welcoming family atmosphere. 😊👍

Excellent meat and very attentive staff. I recommend the sirloin steak and the rib-eye steaks. Best Japanese BBQ in the 15th arrondissement!!!

Hands down the best Japanese BBQ restaurant in Paris! From the moment you walk in you feel welcome. The staff is amazing and you can tell the owner really cares about the quality of food and the caliber of her employees. We will definitely be back and highly recommend you try it as soon as you can!

Very good Japanese grill restaurant. We booked a table for 3 for dinner and the restaurant was almost full. The staff is very efficient, it lacks a little explanation on the menu and the operation of the barbecue. The food is sumptuous fortunately for the price, there were starters like gyozas and fried chicken; the cheapest menu is 55€/p but we shared 2 for 3 people it was enough with the starters and desserts.
