We had an amazing time! The food was great, but the end of the trip going past the Eiffel Tower was timed perfectly and made for a fantastic finale. Ban was excellent, provided great service and was so sweet and friendly. My wife and I especially appreciated how kind he was helping us get amazing pictures to remember the night with. Thanks so everyone!

The price does not correspond to the service. We booked a birthday cruise for 6 people and this service. Due to a so-called computer problem, the wrong time was communicated to us and we arrived at the wrong time despite having arrived an hour in advance of the reservation time. We were offered to board another boat "Le Grand Pavois", and we were told that we would be upgraded with free drinks and that this would more than compensate. No other offer was made to us to compensate. However, this is not the case: the wines offered to us were not even the best on the list. The service provided not only had nothing to do with that of Maxim's in terms of atmosphere and standing: few comforts, there were 6 of us seated on 3 small tables, the champagne, the dishes were basic but still correct without However, being exceptional, the wines and the dessert, on the other hand, are cheap products of questionable quality. But in addition the value of the service was much lower and not even the best possible on their card. According to their site, the service would have been around 800 euros (bay window option and drinks included), but probably wasn't even worth it. But the point is driven home by their customer service which not only refuses any commercial gesture, but refuses to reimburse the difference because I quote "you were able to benefit from a bay window location as well as drinks packages", i.e. around €100 d 'options… After a long and difficult negotiation, customer service finally agreed to refund part of the amount paid and offered us champagne during our next visit to make up for it. We of course appreciate the gesture which seems to us to be worth the inconvenience but we would have preferred not to have to insist so much to obtain these compensations.

A great experience! If you want to dine on the Seine this is the place to be! A really very good and delicate meal! Impeccable service from our server Ban! And perfect timing for the monuments and especially for the Eiffel Tower! Well done !
