23/09/2026: A very unwelcoming experience at the Air France lounge. When I asked whether I could enter, the staff member initially said no, then said she would let me in, repeatedly telling me, “You are very lucky that I let you in.” She also explained that I would have to wait until a certain time. I can understand access restrictions and waiting times. What I found unacceptable was her condescending tone and the repeated suggestion that I should feel grateful for a personal favour. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough. Asking about lounge access should never leave a customer feeling belittled. I expected more professionalism and courtesy from Air France.

22/09/2026: A wonderful experience at the Air France Lounge – Terminal 2E, Hall L. A pleasant, comfortable, and well-maintained space, ideal for relaxing before your flight. The atmosphere is calm, the staff is welcoming, and the services offered make for a very enjoyable experience. An excellent break before boarding!

28/09/2026: A very pleasant place after a tiring day at the Exhibition Center. The traditional cuisine is good, and the service is impeccable. A great find!

26/09/2026: The food was good, but the service was terrible. They didn't give us a single plate for sharing. Not a single one. They forgot the drinks we ordered, and when we told them again they pretended to remember (after waiting about 20 minutes). They kept trying to take away our plates while we were still eating. Did we do something wrong? To top it all off, when it came time to pay, they asked if we wanted a tip, which left my colleague and me utterly dumbfounded.

07/10/2026: Hello The service was terrible; it took 20 minutes to take my order, but then only 5 minutes to be served. I'm sure everything was frozen. The dessert was also mediocre. Absolutely avoid!

20/09/2026: I just ordered half a chicken with fries and was verbally attacked by a cook who was watering plants and then came into the kitchen to touch the fries with his bare hands without washing them. So much for hygiene! I do not recommend this restaurant. The hygiene is appalling, the person was aggressive and not at all friendly. On top of that, the fries were undercooked, and the chicken was even worse. This restaurant is disgusting, the hygiene is appalling, and the chicken was dry and tasteless. I didn't think Roissy airport was like this; I can't even imagine what it's like for tourists. And to top it off, the person told me, "I'm not obligated to serve you," and addressed me informally. Bravo!

30/06/2026: It’s a nice hotel located less than 20 minutes away from CDG airport. There is a mini kitchenette with stove top and the rooms are air conditioned, although the system is weak and makes the room extremely humid at night. Downsides are that the staff didn’t seem as friendly and the hotel is over 2+ hours out from Central Paris if you plan on taking public transportation to go sightseeing and explore the city. A mall is close nearby and it is located in a very quiet area great for sleep and relaxing. Overall, it’s worth a stay if you are seeking a budget friendly, clean and comfortable hotel for your stay that you don’t mind is further out from Central Paris.

07/09/2026: Two hours of waiting for a 30-second security check: a complete disgrace. Upon arrival at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, I had to wait nearly two hours to go through border control after a flight of only 2 hours and 45 minutes. And once I finally got to the agent: barely 30 seconds to complete the check. At this point, you really start to wonder if these endless queues have become the norm, or even if they're deliberately maintained. I pointed out the situation to the police officer, explaining that it was unacceptable to wait so long after a 2-hour and 45-minute flight. I also explained that departing from Marrakech, despite the crowds, it took me about 30 minutes from the airport entrance to the boarding gate, including security checks. Her response? An attitude I found extremely arrogant, telling me to take it up with ADP (Aéroports de Paris). The most absurd thing is that while waiting, I had already reported the problem to a manager**, who simply told me to take it up with the police. In short: ADP refers me to the police, the police refer me back to ADP… and all the while, the passengers wait. And let's talk about the security system: French and European citizens can use the automated gates and get through in a few minutes, while other travelers are condemned to wait for hours in endless lines. **Is this what equality and fraternity look like?** Why do some travelers benefit from a quick and organized passage, while others have to endure 1.5, 2 hours, or even more of waiting? This isn't just a minor inconvenience: after several hours of travel, having to stand for almost two hours for a security check that ultimately takes 30 seconds is unacceptable for a major international airport like CDG. And to top it all off: when we collected our luggage, our three suitcases were slightly open, clearly after being searched. Luckily, I never leave valuables in my luggage. A truly deplorable experience. CDG is supposed to be a showcase for France and an international gateway. After this experience, it's primarily a showcase of the disorganization and contempt felt by some travelers. It's high time to seriously review the organization of border controls and, above all, the way travelers are treated.

07/09/2026: As others already said: long and chaotic queues for passport control because the few police officers that are present are busy with anything but doing their actual job. The staff at the Air France 2F lounge however are exceptional and very friendly.
