18/03/2024: A beautiful address that I recommend so why 3 stars you tell me? Well, despite beautiful, refined dishes with good taste, the prices are a little excessive in my opinion. The service is friendly and quite long even though there were only 3 tables and the room is really dark.

05/04/2024: When traveling on business to this hotel, I can only encourage you to book your stay there for one or more nights. Ideally located near Roissy airport and Aeroville. Parking sufficiently large and equipped with charging stations. All the staff (reception, breakfast, bar, housekeeping and back office) are responsive, welcoming and their professionalism is to be highlighted. A special thank you to Olga, Daniel and Laurence who made this trip very pleasant.

05/04/2024: To start there's a £400 euro per room charge on a credit card so make sure you take one. This is not explained anywhere. It is far away from any transport so unless you are driving avoid. The reception team love to say No. Anything you ask will be met with a No. 5 euros for a bottle of water- make sure you take your own. Hot Breakfast is repetitive- noodles, soggy scrambled eggs, over cooked bacon and garlic potatoes. Toilet is in a tiny corner very difficult to use and seats are wobbly. Only go if you are over 5'10 and can reach the floor as toilets float in mid air. Our toilet also had a wobbly seat that was not fixed for 5 days. Shower has a 20 cm gap to get into. Glass is very hard to open so you have to squeeze through the tiny gap. Hotel is very stingy with towels and tea/coffee. If you book a room for 4 people you will get, 2 small bath towels, 2 tiny hand towels and 1 mat. No bath sheets. 1 sachet of earl grey tea, 1 fruit tea, 1 sachet of coffee. 1 sachet of sugar, and 1 pot of cream 1 stirrer if you ask for more it's a no. The water in the bathroom sink is not drinking water at least that's what we were told by the reception. And told to buy a bottle of water for 5 euros. Swimming pool has no steam room or sauna as advertised. If you do go swimming take your own, soap, towels as they are not provided. Also might need a pop up tent as there's no changing room either. Brunette receptionist with curly hair is very rude. She will only smile if you are a pilot, everyone else is looked at like dirt. The Mediterranean looking man with shoulder length hair is the only one who tries to help. Laurence in the dining team is friendly besides those two people everyone else looks like they hate their jobs and take that out on the guests. Tea and coffee at bar is served cold. Mint tea- is 7 mint leaves popped into semi warm water. Nothing else is added. Not really a tea just flavoured water. Laurence, salim from the breakfast group were very welcoming.

22/03/2024: Took advantage of the breakfast buffet before heading to the airport. Large selection of everything you can think of for a French breakfast. The fruit was fresh. Not much for atmosphere; but, what is expected at an airport motel.

04/03/2024: Decent food, just horrible slow service. Two meals both at non busy times. Food came out cold. I was ignored completely at the start and end of my meal last night. They should do better. It's just not right. They have a captive audience but don't care to any service standard

02/03/2024: Personne dans le "restaurant". On nous dit qu'aujourd'hui rien d'autre que "ça", soit une feuille A4 avec entrée plat dessert (oeuf mayo, tomates au mois de février !, steak, etc.) sans prix. Dépités on se dit qu'on va prendre un apéro mais on ne nous a pas donné de carte donc on réclame. Finalement on nous amène les entrées en même temps que les fameux apéritifs. Entre temps on voit passer une superbe assiette de charcuterie/fromages (au moins c'est pas fait maison on est bon) au client arrivé après nous et on s'étonne. Réponse : fallait demander !!!! On a halluciné. Peut-être pouvions nous déguster une choucroute ou une raclette, suffaisait de demander ? ;) Bref, cuisine de cantine et service zéro. A l'addition je m'étonne de ne pas avoir la ristourne de 30 %. Réponse : pour ça faudrait que je sois au courant, je l'apprends. Du délire que ce boui boui. Ah, et aussi on a vu passer plusieurs personnes de la cuisine à la salle sans qu'aucune ne daigne nous adresser un regard. La misère.

01/04/2024: We had a family dinner during Ramadan. Initially, the welcome with cocktails and four dates was appreciable, but subsequently, we were neglected for 1 hour 10 minutes. There seems to be a shortage of staff, which is unfortunate, especially since we would have liked to have dessert. Unfortunately, the wait for the dishes was such that we preferred not to extend our experience. We also observed a neighboring table repeatedly asking for water without success. The service was clearly overwhelmed, without offering any apologies for the inconvenience. Although I can recommend this restaurant, I do not recommend visiting during Ramadan due to these concerns.

31/03/2024: 2 hours that I wait for my meal to be served so that in the end it is no longer available after 2 hours!! forced to choose another meal. Frankly a service not organized at all!!! They only come to tell us 2 hours later that some meals are no longer available even though we have been waiting for 2 hours. Totally unacceptable.
