Maxim's Bar sur Roissy-En-France

A fantastic dinner cruise for our 3rd anniversary! A delicious meal, a warm welcome, and impeccable service. A huge thank you to Erkut for taking such good care of us all evening. Bonus points for the view of the Statue of Liberty and the Eiffel Tower ✨ An experience at Maxim's sur Seine that I highly recommend and would gladly repeat.

We had a wonderful time. Lunch was delicious. We were served by Georges, who was charming and attentive.

We had a wonderful evening; the dinner was excellent. The service was also perfect. Everything was beautiful. We were served by Sonia throughout the entire journey; she was very kind and always smiling. We will cherish the memory. Thank you to all the staff and to Maxim's on stage.

The Maxim's Seine cruise was a Mother's Day gift I gave. The overall atmosphere was good: the boat was the perfect size for a cozy feel, the pianist/singer was excellent, and the views of the monuments were magnificent. The food was excellent: the dishes were very good, quite generous, and beautifully presented. However, for an establishment with this reputation and offering this price, the service was truly disappointing. We had barely boarded the boat when we were rushed to choose our dishes. The waiters were extremely pushy and insistent. They also push us to order as many drinks as possible that aren't included in the set menu (which is already quite expensive), and they rush to clear our plates before we've even finished our meals… We're forced to order extra mineral water (no carafe available) at €8 per liter, and if you don't read the bill carefully, they charge you for two bottles instead of one… Frankly, all of this makes you feel like you're being treated like a wealthy tourist… which is a real shame. As for the photographer, she rushes to take her pictures as soon as the boat leaves and doesn't wait for a particular view in the background. The photos aren't anything special… unless you want to see the people at the next table. Very disappointing. We won't be back.

We had a wonderful cruise on the Maxims ship. The food was very good, the cocktails excellent. There was live music during dinner. Overall, very good.

The dinner cruise was great. Service was excellent, the food options were delicious!! The waiter was very helpful and informative on what we were seeing along the shore. View of the Eiffel tower at night was awesome from the boat!! The 8:00 tour was the best time to see the tower lit up!! The piano player/singer was really good too!

A truly wonderful experience in every way! The menu was delicious from the amuse-bouche to the dessert, making us want to try everything on the menu. The entertainment provided by the singer that evening was also fantastic, perfectly reflecting the magic of the evening. The waiter was incredibly attentive, and we never wanted for anything. A huge thank you to Adrien for his good humor and professionalism!

An incredible experience at Maxim's! Between the iconic decor, the warm atmosphere, and the absolutely delicious gourmet menu, everything came together for a magical evening. Each dish was as beautiful as it was tasty. Special mention to our server Adrien, who was lovely and professional throughout the evening. His warm welcome and good humor made the experience even more memorable :)) A perfect experience from beginning to end. We will definitely be back!
