Semi gastro, initially came to taste the truffle menu seen on the MB website, we were told that it was exclusively for 5 days, we decided to stay. Very warm welcome and service. Refined starters and dishes. We tasted the creamy Jerusalem artichoke foie gras followed by the quail supreme. We regretted that the "soft" white chocolate tartlet / cocoa sorbet dessert was not as refined, quite classic with a very hard tartlet that one of us was not able to eat. Too bad we weren't asked why it remained on the plate.

Excellent cuisine and high quality service. The patio is a lovely place. The tables form a circle around the large central plane tree. Very pleasant moment. We will come back !

Que dire de plus que... Parfait. J'adore ce restaurant ! Changement de carte tous les mois. Vous pouvez la consulter un internet. Des produits frais et tout est fait maison. C'est divin !

18/03/2024: When we are in Capbreton, and this often happens, we come at the equinox. Never disappointed, and a special mention for the server who is adorable.

10/03/2024: Superb dining experience. We had the fish of the day and it was exceptional. Small mention for the shrimp accompaniment... a delight!! Good advice in terms of wines, well done for making the effort to choose local wines. In short, a great restaurant.
06/03/2024: Exquisite local culinary address! Goustut offers us an exceptional taste parenthesis; I loved the textures, the cleverly crafted combinations, a treat and a pleasure for the eyes! A quality restaurant that never disappoints! The atmosphere is warm, the team is smiling, gives good advice and is very pleasant. The setting is intimate and tastefully decorated. Well done and thank you to Charles and his team for offering us this experience!
