Hello, they take their time here. The sandwiches are good. It's a shame the Coca-Cola isn't the real stuff. I don't know if they add water to it. Otherwise, the McDonald's is clean.

A bit annoyed, arrived at 9:30 PM, very crowded, and only two kiosks to order, resulting in a rather long wait.
It's getting worse and worse, increasingly long and impersonal, without any regard for the order itself. You're spreading yourselves too thin!

Honestly, huge respect to the team members on duty tonight. It was clear they were struggling with a computer problem, overwhelmed, under pressure… and despite that, they were doing their best to manage the situation.
On the other hand, a special mention goes to certain customers (idiots) who decided it was the perfect time to lose all sense of patience and respect. Getting up every 5 minutes to complain, nitpick, or blame the staff when they're completely innocent… you really have to have forgotten what it's like to be human for two minutes.
Just a reminder: these aren't robots, they're people who work, who are already dealing with the situation, and who clearly don't need anyone piling on.
Anyway, kudos to the team, you held on in truly awful conditions. And for the others… a little decency wouldn't hurt.

Tonight, we came to McDonald's as a family with our children, and unfortunately, a computer problem severely disrupted service, resulting in long waits and errors in some orders.
I'm not posting this review to criticize the restaurant, but rather to highlight the professionalism and courage of the staff present this evening. The employees had to manage a complicated situation, under a lot of pressure and with some very unhappy, even disrespectful, customers. Despite this, they remained polite, patient, and did their best to satisfy everyone.
It was clear that the situation was beyond their control. Some customers took advantage of the situation to demand refunds or claim errors to eat for free, and one gentleman, whom I would describe as a "clown," encouraged the drive-thru cars to honk their horns… as if making noise could solve a computer glitch.
Fortunately, other customers remained understanding and respectful towards a team that clearly hadn't chosen to experience an evening like this. Well done to the whole team for their composure, and especially to the employee who was serving in the dining room and who had to deal with the angry customers first before directing them to his manager.
