Subway sur Le Creusot

What a shame. We ordered four different sandwiches, and unfortunately, it was difficult to find the recipes without opening the packaging completely. Usually, when there are almost identical sandwiches, they offer to differentiate them on the packaging... we didn't dare ask the server once they had bagged them. The server wasn't friendly.

Nice and professional young employees...

Clean, friendly staff, I recommend it!

We arrived around 9:30 PM and the restaurant closed at 10 PM. We received a fantastic welcome from Dylan and Jimmy, who were friendly, funny, and professional and helpful, so thanks to them I'm giving it 5 stars. Keep them because they're two great people.

A young man named Dylan served me at lunchtime today, very friendly and excellent service, I highly recommend him 🤙

Excellent welcome and service. No complaints whatsoever! 👍

Very polite, very pleasant, top-notch service.

A fast-food restaurant that allows you to quickly create your own sandwich, but the experience varies considerably depending on your choices and the time of day. FOOD: The concept is based on sandwiches assembled to order with different breads, fillings, and sauces. The system is functional and allows for some customization. However, the overall impression is inconsistent depending on the freshness of the ingredients and the generous portion size, which can sometimes seem limited. The result is adequate for a quick bite, without any truly distinctive flavor. SERVICE: The welcome is generally neutral and efficient. Service keeps pace with the flow of customers, but can become less fluid when several orders come in back-to-back, with a sense of speed that sometimes overshadows helpful advice. AMBIANCE: The setting is simple and generally clean, but lacks a strong identity. It's more of a place to pass through than a place to linger. MISCELLANEOUS: The downtown location is convenient. Parking is subject to availability nearby, which can be difficult during peak hours. HIGH POINT: The ability to customize your sandwich according to your preferences and the speed of service. DOWNSIDE POINT: The perceived quality and generous size of the sandwiches can vary. SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENT: Improving the consistency of filling and making the freshness of the ingredients more visible would provide a more consistent and satisfying experience.

Fantastic experience! Thanks to Enzo for his warm welcome and sense of humor (thanks for the yogurt laugh!) which makes me want to come back! I highly recommend it!!

It had been a long time since I'd eaten at Subway, and this "meal" was a pleasant surprise.
