An order for 6 people, unfortunately, as is often the case, was overlooked or misunderstood by the person taking the order. As a result, one sandwich was missing when I arrived home. Back at McDonald's, I spoke to the manager, who understood the problem and demonstrated great professionalism in finding the best solution to satisfy me. Result: A very positive experience, thanks to the manager, whom I thank. P.S. Please ensure there is a more thorough check of orders upon delivery. 05/04/2026: We went for Easter lunch today. The Easter meal was excellent, and the service was wonderful too. We had a lovely time as a family and even got to help weigh the Easter egg! We'll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team. Keep up the good work!
