An order for 6 people, unfortunately, as is often the case, was overlooked or misunderstood by the person taking the order. As a result, one sandwich was missing when I arrived home. Back at McDonald's, I spoke to the manager, who understood the problem and demonstrated great professionalism in finding the best solution to satisfy me.
Result: A very positive experience, thanks to the manager, whom I thank.
P.S. Please ensure there is a more thorough check of orders upon delivery. Your presence at this McDonald's is more than positive.

Hello,
As usual, I stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast after a 3.5-hour drive.
It's very well located. It's large and modern. However, what's not normal is that at 10:00 AM the restaurant wasn't very clean. (Greasy tables, crumbs, and the same on the floor in various locations). And unfortunately, this isn't the first time. A server came to tell me after 20 minutes that he couldn't fill my order because the egg maker wasn't working. These things happen, no problem, but they should let me know immediately and not leave people waiting so long without warning.
A few things to improve, but I'll be back.
