Flies and other insects everywhere, and the meal arrived cold...

Nothing was missing, everything was piping hot, but the sandwich was disfigured.

Emma at the drive-thru is superb, very patient and courteous; she guided our day with my friends.

We came today and were very disappointed with our experience. My husband ordered a Big Mac meal without salad and another Big Mac meal without salad. When we arrived, the sandwiches were incorrect: they were without sauce and pickles instead of just without salad. We pointed this out at the counter, and the sandwiches were remade. Unfortunately, the correction wasn't any better: this time, they were filled with an excessive amount of sauce. From the first bite, the sauce was oozing out everywhere, making the sandwich difficult to eat. We fully understand that it was busy and that the staff might have been under pressure. However, this doesn't excuse a lack of care in preparing orders. We felt that our request was being bothered, when all we were asking was for the order to be exactly as ordered. It's a shame, as we're not used to this level of service. We hope that more attention will be paid to orders in the future.

Quick drive, easy to find, no mistakes, it's ok

I honestly think this is the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they serve the ice cream well with lots of caramel.

Perfect. The staff is pleasant. The ice cream is really well served; it's a welcome change from other McDonald's in Arras.

The drinks weren't very cold, and one of the ice creams in the order had melted. Use a little common sense when ordering fresh products. Don't take them if you're not making progress on other orders. Long wait times for few customers and small orders. Otherwise, good luck to the team.
