04/07/2026: Honestly, I travel a lot for work and vacation, but this hotel and restaurant is completely out of line in terms of quality/price ratio. We stayed there one evening when it wasn't very warm.
The room doors open directly onto the outside with no way to turn up the heat. The hotel is noisy; you can even hear the hairdryer in the next room and the cars parked outside.
The bathroom is like a bathtub after the shower (everything is connected).
The terrace overlooks the parking lot.
The restaurant doesn't serve any better quality than other places, despite the price!
In short, a hotel and restaurant completely out of touch with reality.

12/07/2026: Cold fries, salad 🥗 ...... Unheard of for a McDonald's, I don't understand the concept.
The two previous times, the wait at the drive-thru was unbelievable, I turned around and went back.
Third time. One last time today.
Let me explain... No gesture of goodwill, nothing...
I showed a manager a picture of my previous McChicken and asked him if he would eat that. He said no, so why serve it to customers?
And honestly, the price is outrageous. There's no added value except for the logo.
Never again.
12/07/2026: I just left the McDonald's in Fresnes-lès-Montauban; there were four of us. A waitress, while bringing our trays, literally dropped them on me. My t-shirt, shorts, and even my canvas sneakers are soaked. I received no apology, no gesture of goodwill, and I even had to go and complain to get my order changed, as it was full of soft drinks. When I complained, the manager went to check if my entire order was soaked, even though I showed him that I myself was completely drenched. Of course, he didn't apologize, didn't offer even a free ice cream as a gesture of goodwill, and on top of that, he was reluctant to replace my order. Furthermore, the cleanliness of this McDonald's leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend it.

Des plats qui font du bien un accueil sympathique.le tout à proximité de l'autoroute
25/01/2024: Rien à dire. Du cocktail avec amuse bouche au dessert tout été parfait.
Personne souriant. Prix pas très élevé. On reviendra.

24/09/2024: Encore une commande incomplète, pourtant j'avais demandé si tout était ok car j'ai eu de nombreuses mauvaises expériences dans ce mac do. Je reviens chercher ce qu'il me manque et suis très mal reçue par une jeune femme qui me dit que c'est à moi de vérifier ma commande ! Une bande d'incompétents et désagréables de surcroît, qui prennent leur travail par dessus la jambe.
04/08/2024: Arrivé vers 21h, la moitié des bornes qui ne fonctionne pas. Une longue file d'attente pour commander et presque plus de chevalet. 20 min d'attente pour être servi, aucune table propre,pas de serviette en papier avec le plateau.
Vers 21h35, un employé verrouille les portes pour ne plus laisser personnes entrer et les clients qui veulent sortir, doivent le faire par la porte au niveau du drive ( je ne suis pas sur qu'au niveau sécurité vous soyez dans les clous)
Manque d'anticipation du management sur l'afflût de clientèle (fin de week end, retour des vacanciers)
Bref, on a un peu l'impression d'être très désiré dans cet établissement un dimanche soir.
