As a regular Starbucks customer, I've never been disappointed! The staff are always excellent and friendly.

One of the best Starbucks I've ever tried, and I mean it! The baristas are very conscientious and dedicated, and the drinks are amazing 9 times out of 10 (though I understand when it's busy). I was greeted so warmly yesterday; the barista gave me advice on a new drink, and I'm so glad I trusted him. It's always a pleasure to take a break at the Starbucks in Clermont-Ferrand!

Starbucks is easy to find. It has all the brand's essential items. The server was very welcoming and the service was quick. There are seats in the store, although not many, so during busy times it might not be possible to stay inside.

I was very pleased with the warm and professional welcome: special mention for Pierre's kindness and service, who thoughtfully offered to bring my tray to the terrace. This location, extremely well situated in the heart of the city, is very well maintained. It perfectly meets the chain's standards, allowing you to enjoy the familiar feel of the products, while adding a unique touch thanks to the excellent staff. My cat loves the pupuccino, and I always enjoy the latte and bacon egg muffin. Thank you to Pierre and, more generally, to the entire team at Starbucks Place Jaude.
